The client was looking for an application managed services partner to rapidly ramp up to support Go-Live activities, manage post go-live Hypercare and, transition to steady state
Solution and Impact
  • IntelQA team rapidly assessed the client situation and developed a plan to support the imminent go-live activities, while setting up the foundation for steady state support.
  • Onboarded a team to rapidly come up to speed on Document management, Change Control and CAPA processes, requirements, functional specifications and, other key project documentation
  • Authored and dry run test scripts in preparation for UAT and supported UAT execution, go-live and, post go-live activities
  • Created a knowledge and service transition plan to transition AMS activities to offshore resources
  • Rapidly established service delivery model to align on services scope, Governance and Reporting, and methods & tools for execution
